I added the headers and moved a teeny bit of stuff around because it seemed to me that having everything in one lump was making it hard to find stuff, especially as Matt goes through and fixes stuff. I didn't try to come up with all possible "headings", so I assume that as new things are found, they'll be added to either an existing "topic" or under a new one. David

I'll go play in a sandbox a little and see if I can come up with something that makes it reasonably useful without causing any of us to spend more time formatting than testing/fixing. :-) David
