- Web/FTP/Mail Server Name
- list of three subdomains,
www, ftp, andmailthat should be used for accessing your Web site, FTP server, and mail server. - IP Address
- your domain name will resolve to this address on our server. This is used for domain previews and accessing the server before DNS propagates.
- Admin E-Mail
- Primary point-of-contact for all notices (AUP, billing, domain renewal reminders, etc). We can only issue welcome e-mails/password reset requests to this address. Change the e-mail address via Change Information.
- Domain Preview
- See DNS:Accessing Your Domain Before Changing DNS.
- Load Average
- 1, 5, and 15 minute load averages on the server. These figures are in no such way indicative of performance. It provides a rough guess of the amount of work the server is doing. A load average greater than 4 means that the server is constantly processing code, while a figure like 1 means that only 25% of the server is processing code.
- Server Uptime
- length of time since the server was restarted.
- Perl/MySQL/PHP Version
- versions available on the server. PHP lists two versions; the first version is accessible from the Web server, while the second version is running on the secondary server.
- # Users
- count of users created under Add User. There is no limit.
- Domain Expiration
- date your domain is set to expire pulled from public WHOIS records. Some registrars hide this information, which will result in an UNKNOWN status.
- Billing Status
- see the Billing section for information on statuses.
- Next Billing Date
- predicted next billing date. This figure is an approximation. Other variables, such as missed transactions, subscription dates, and days in month may result in a 1 - 3 day drift on the actual date of transaction.
- Customer Since
- month and year during which you established an account with us.
- Reserved Ports
- a range of 10 ports in the range [4xxx0, 4xxx9] that are allocated to this account. You may use the ports to run a limited range of daemons/services like svnserve and Mongrel.
- Disk/Bandwidth Quota
- disk space and bandwidth used on your account. See the Billing section for information on upgrading individual services.
